museums
A museum is a permanent non-profit institution at the service of society and its development open to the public, which acquires, preserves, studies, exhibits and transmits the tangible and intangible heritage of humanity and its environment for the purposes of studies, education and delight. In other words, it is simply an establishment in which are collected and classified collections of objects of historical, technical, scientific, artistic interest, with a view to their conservation and their presentation to the public. There are mainly nine main categories: archeology museums, art museums, Fine Arts Museums, decorative arts museums, history museums, science museums, natural history museums , technical museums and ethnology museums.
